I have spinal arthritis (between spine and pelvis). Unfortunately, it's genetic and extremely painful. Daily exercise will improve my back muscle strength. However, most of times I'm in so much pain that I don't want to get out of my chair to exercise. This pain relief gel is a very good stuff. Within 2-3 minutes after I use it I can feel it working (warm, cool & tingling sensation). I feel good enough to get up and do my daily exercise. I highly recommend this pain relief gel.
The All Natural Pain Relief Gel is such a wonderful alternative, providing soothing relief compared to other products like Bengay, which has a strong, overpowering smell. Baby Bear Farm's all-natural pain relief gel does not leave a sticky feeling, residue, or white stains. The mixture of lavender, peppermint, and arnica comes together so nicely.
