How to Use

I had a very painful arm from an old injury. It usually flares up 2-3 times a month. I used this bee venom pain relief gel on my arm (it has an amazing scent by the way) everyday. I can feel pain relief very quickly after applying. Pain on my arm is gone after couple of times of applying. Pain has not returned after 1 month of using. I am now using it for my sore muscle on my shoulder this week. The recovery is very effective. The recovery time is very fast, too.

I've been using this bee bliss pain relief gel for almost 2 months now to treat my inflammation, arthritis and degenerative meniscus in my knee.
